Once apartment application is submitted and we approved it. To complete your apartment rental, make a booking deposit payment. When the payment is received the apartment is officially booked, and the confirmation email is sent.
To book your apartment, we will provide you with an International Bank Wire or an Interac e-Transfer information. In British Columbia damage deposit payment required to secure the rental is 1/2 of 1 month’s rent.
